International
Orders ship from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse via Australia Post International service. We ship to selected countries across Europe, the UK, Canada, Asia and more.

If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us and we’ll help find a suitable shipping option.
Please note that customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Parcels may be subject to import duties depending on the import thresholds in your country.
SHIPPING
- Gingerlilly dispatches orders received before 12pm AEST the same business day from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse. Orders received after 12pm, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
- A dispatch confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order has shipped.
- If there are delays due to stock reasons, Gingerlilly will notify you, and you will have the option of changing, refunding or cancelling your order.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
