We ship from our Melbourne warehouse on business days via Australia Post. Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same business day. All orders require a signature on delivery.

Delivery times
- Standard delivery: 2 to 6 business days.
- Express delivery*: 1 to 4 business days.
We deliver via Australia Post and can ship to PO Boxes.
*Please note: Australia Post Express is the fastest available service, but next business day delivery is not guaranteed.
Christmas cut off for most Australian states
- Standard delivery: Monday 21 December.
- Express delivery*: Wednesday 23 December.

Orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post International service, and delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days.

- Orders are sent via Australia Post International service.
- We ship to the Europe, Canada, Asia, Mexico and more.
- If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us and we’ll help find a suitable shipping option.
Please note: Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Dispatch & Tracking
- Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
- You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
- If there is a delay due to stock availability, we’ll contact you with the option to change, refund or cancel your order.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
