Here at Gingerlilly, we believe it’s ok to change your mind or to prefer one fabric over another. Listed below are our shipping and return guidelines so you can shop peacefully knowing our policies. If you can’t find the answer to your question here, get in touch with one of our team members.

HOLIDAY DELIVERY CUT OFF DATES

To make sure your order arrives in time, we recommend to place your order before 7am on the corresponding date below for your chosen service & region:

Australia:
- Standard to Metro (Melb & Syd) - 19th December
- Standard to Interstate - 17th December
- Express Shipping - 20th December

International:
- New Zealand - 14th December
- Rest of World - 10th December

Gingerlilly delivers Australia wide with Australia post. Express eParcel post is available for order within Australia only.

•  We deliver by Australia Post and can deliver to P.O. Boxes.
•  Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.

*Express Post is now the fastest delivery service, offering delivery within 1 to 4 business days, but it no longer guarantees next business day delivery. This service is available to all street addresses and post office boxes in most city areas within the Express Post network. Please note that the delivery guarantee does not apply in remote or certain regional areas, and only covers the cost of postage. For more information on delivery times and service availability, please refer to Australia Post's official site.

         

        Worldwide 

        For a flat rate of $25, Gingerlilly ships worldwide ~ including the UK, USA, Europe, Canada, and Asia. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, please reach out to us and we’ll find a suitable shipping option for you.

        For New Zealand orders, Express Post International is our standard service.

        Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.


           SHIPPING

          1. Gingerlilly dispatches orders received before 12pm AEST the same business day from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders received within the 24 hour period after this or on non-business days are shipped the next business day.

          2. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your order has been completed, and it will be shipped that day from the distribution centre.

          3. If there are delays due to stock reasons, Gingerlilly will notify you, and you will have the option of changing, refunding or cancelling your order.
          4. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
