We ship from our Melbourne warehouse on business days via Australia Post. Orders placed before 12pm AEST are dispatched the same business day. Orders required a signature on delivery.

Delivery times
- Standard delivery: 2–6 business days. Most metro orders arrive in 2–4 days.
- Express delivery*: 1–3 business days. Next business day delivery to most metro areas.
We deliver via Australia Post and can ship to PO Boxes.
*Please note: Australia Post Express is the fastest available service, but next-business-day delivery is no longer guaranteed.
International
New Zealand:
Orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post International service, and delivery takes 2-5 business days.

Please note: Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Dispatch & Tracking
- Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
- You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
- If there is a delay due to stock availability, we’ll contact you with the option to change, refund or cancel your order.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
