Keep your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.

The pyjamas are well made and the fabric soft and luxurious. The top fits me perfectly but I find the pants too short waisted and tight around the hips. I normally wear size 8 to 10 and have purchased other Gingerlilly PJs in small. I have ordered another pair and have gone up to a medium.
